Science and Health

As a denomination based on the Bible, Christian Science teaches how the power of prayer heals and transforms. It explores the timeless spiritual laws that were tried and trusted by the Biblical prophets, Jesus and His disciples, and that were rediscovered by Mary Baker Eddy more than a century ago and published in her textbook, Science and Health.

This system of healing has eliminated physical and mental problems, and many of these accounts are available online. Although the fundamental mission of Christian Science is to heal the sick by spiritual means alone, its higher objective is salvation for all.
